This is such a great device! Wow! It took me five minutes to install—I never thought a water meter would be so easy to install and use, no plumbing, no mess, just followed the instructions in the free app on my Android phone and it took no time at all, packaging is great too—the box is heavy and well-built and feels like an expensive gift (I think it would be a great gift in fact). It plugs into the regular 120V so no batteries to change (or worry about starting a battery fire in my basement! Awesome! Good engineering there. I love the USB-C plug with a an o-ring in the tight screw connector - it's water tight. It says IP68 so it must work well when flooded but I didn't try to flood it yet. Maybe I'll get another one just for my irrigation box - that gets filled with water all the time, but this Mini should work just fine. I'll see what I decide. It gives me real-time data and the alerts have been very accurate so far, the app says my mini is now tuning—there’s a funny-looking icon with rolling eyes indicating the tune-up—and it apparently will continue doing so for the next three weeks, I’ll update in three weeks if I don’t forget, it is very precise for its price. Love it. Thank you, Bluebot!

It’s rare in these times to find a product that truly works as it should, AND with an affordable price tag. Trust me, these units work.
I am the Superintendent at a Golf Course in Chatham-Kent Ontario Canada. Our Ministry of Environment requires that we keep spot-on records for our water taking for irrigation. Our old meters were paddle-wheel type and kept clogging, and giving false readings. The Bluebot system was the only one I could find that was Ultra Sonic and wasn’t Ultra Expensive…..and I mean ULTRA expensive.
So I have two of these units, one for 3″ PVC pipe, and one for 2″, and they work splendidly! They are easily clamped onto the pipe and these are 75′ and 130′ from the wifi in my pumphouse and they both have “excellent” signal strength at those distances.
I turn on the pumps and they begin sending me live data, through the wifi and into the APP provided, and into my phone.
PERFECTLY.
I had one little silly problem at the start (which I truly forget what it was at the moment…..) So I emailed them, and Kendra called me back IMMEDIATELY. I was worried that I’d never hear from them again……….as so often seems to happen, but noooo, Kendra called me back in not more than 10 mins.
Kendra by the way, is delightful and a joy to chat with…..and of course helpful!
Anyway……do not be afraid, you will not be disappointed.

I was having trouble with my Wifi Bluebot and reached out to customer support for assistance. Kendra was fantastic with prompt responses and answered all my questions so that I understood what was going on. The unit needed repair and the turnaround time was pretty quick. After reinstallation the unit immediately started working. Really glad to have this to keep an eye on water usage and potential leakages.
A product is only as good as the company that produces it and more importantly the support that follows after the sale.
I’m simply a home owner on a water system the is supplied by a well. I purchased the BlueBot model: WM-BB-075-200 to fascinate required maintenance. Using the calendar and best guess method worked but was not producing the best results.
After installing the BlueBot it was amazing. The data collection fantastic.
3 days ago, BlueBot started acting strange. I waited then reached out to Support.
My Support Experience Coordinator (Kendra) was on it from the start. Walked me through a few checks/tests, checked with engineering and the solution was under way today. That is great customer service! Yes I recommend BlueBot.
