Installed outside to track irrigation water usage. Excellent setup directions and installation was very easy. Took about 15 minutes but no head scratching moments like “what does that mean” . Everything worked as advertised. Tracked usage without any hiccups and the very user friendly connectivity with the phone app. Really like it.
I removed this at the end of the season. Went to re-install it this spring and unit wouldn’t take power. Left a message with customer service over the weekend and they called me back on Monday. We discussed things and they decided to send me a new unit to replace the one I had as it was just inside of one year. Even sent me a return label to send the old one back. Can’t ask for better service than that!! 5 stars for customer service from Zane. -1 star since unit failed. But new one setup very easily and I added the Bluebot protective sleeve this year so hopefully that helps. Apparently it facilitates the unit not getting as hot during the high temps of UT summer.
If you are having any second thoughts or misgivings about this product, discard them. Purchase, and don’t look back.

I am the Superintendent at a Golf Course in Chatham-Kent Ontario Canada. Our Ministry of Environment requires that we keep spot-on records for our water taking for irrigation. Our old meters were paddle-wheel type and kept clogging, and giving false readings. The Bluebot system was the only one I could find that was Ultra Sonic and wasn’t Ultra Expensive…..and I mean ULTRA expensive.
So I have two of these units, one for 3″ PVC pipe, and one for 2″, and they work splendidly! They are easily clamped onto the pipe and these are 75′ and 130′ from the wifi in my pumphouse and they both have “excellent” signal strength at those distances.
I turn on the pumps and they begin sending me live data, through the wifi and into the APP provided, and into my phone.

I had one little silly problem at the start (which I truly forget what it was at the moment…..) So I emailed them, and Kendra called me back IMMEDIATELY. I was worried that I’d never hear from them again……….as so often seems to happen, but noooo, Kendra called me back in not more than 10 mins.
Kendra by the way, is delightful and a joy to chat with…..and of course helpful!
